Spring Budget 2023: Letter to Chancellor re West Derby constituents

Ahead of the Budget tomorrow, I have written to the Chancellor regarding the very serious issue of declining living standards experienced by my constituents in West Derby. I have set out some immediate actions he can take to support people in our community who are struggling.
