“A new project in Ian [Byrne's] West Derby constituency is getting underway to support people in being able to grow their own food. Grow West Derby will link up the MP's office with the nearby Myerscough College and Marlborough Allotments.

“The idea is to teach people how to grow their own food and to live more sustainably while also supplying local food pantries with and excess food that is produced.

“Ian said: "We want to build collectivism across the community with people being able to participate in a variety of ways.”
