Ian Byrne MP: I back campaign for change in law on sentencing
I support the Liverpool Echo campaign for a change in the law to ensure criminals attend court for sentencing. I am pleased the Labour Party is also backing it and whilst nothing can bring Olivia back, such legislative change could have a lasting impact.
